Downstairs enjoy the beautifully landscaped courtyard and pool area or grab your fishing pole and throw a line into the canal. Before you go, make sure you grab your beach towel and make a day at one of the near by beaches!

This property is located on the 3rd floor and there IS an elevator on property. There is a private coded entrance to the property as well as free parking (permit will be on the counter).

Guest will have access to the entire unit, pool area, and canal area.

Guests are provided with a starter set of consumable items such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, trash bags, and hospitality soaps. For longer stays or more intense use of these items, consider pre-packing some from home!
