Guests are provided with a starter set of consumable items such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, trash bags, and hospitality soaps. For longer stays or more intense use of these items, consider pre-packing some from home.

Pets are NOT permitted at this property. Please keep in mind it is on the third floor, there is no elevator.

The HOA determines when the pool will be heated. It is based on outdoor temps, and this usually happens in December-February. BUT it is contingent on weather.

This unit is a 1 bedroom unit that is located on the 3rd floor and does NOT have an elevator. There is a king bed as well as a futon style couch that converts to a bed to comfortably sleep 3 people total in the unit.

Trailers must be registered at the front office and need to park in the unmarked spaces.
