Gorgeous 3 bedroom condo that comfortably sleeps 8 guests. Spacious living, kitchen, and dining area creates the perfect gathering place for friends and family. Bedroom w/ queen and a full bath located on first floor. 2 large masters w/private bathrooms upstairs and a set of twin bunks in the loft space. Enjoy the private patio in the back and the large complex pool just steps away. Bring your boat and park in the slip or rents a golf cart and take the short mile ride to the beach!
We do allow 1 dog, with a $90 pet fee. The dog must be under 20lbs and is not permitted on beds or couches.
Guests are provided with a starter set of consumable items such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, trash bags, and hospitality soaps. For longer stays or more intense use of these items, consider pre-packing some from home! be sure to pack coffee and beach towels.
This condo features on bedroom and bathroom on the first floor. The additional bedrooms are located on the second floor.
The pool is right outside the back door! There is a boat slip and fishing dock next to the complex that is designated only for guests staying here.
There are two assigned parking spaces. Additional vehicles may park on the street. Boat trailers should be parked on the street or rent a space at somewhere like Marker 37.
We live on the island and are available 24/7 for guests needs or concerns. Feel free to even ask us for recommendations!
